The cover to the drain overflow was missing, something was spiky on the wall near the bed and there was a pretty good leak by the bathroom sink. We notified staff and left a voicemail for the manager. However to date they have failed to reach out to us regarding this.

The location by the river was favourable. The staff was really helpful and hospitable. The pool area was nice. The breakfasts were excellent, including egg patties, muffins, and bagels.

Price of the room was a little high but the rooms were nice. The only thing I would have liked is softer pillows. For such a nice hotel, the pillows were uncomfortable and too firm.

Whenever I need a help or I have concern the receptionist would not be able to help at all and would refer me to other staff (Patsy) like she is the only hotel staff who is aware about the policy and the only decision maker! Also I noticed the hotel would rent the two bedroom to more than 4persons

The hotel is appealing, with really helpful and attentive staff. Easy check-in process. Beautifully maintained and spotless room. Decent breakfast for the price. Convenient location in a construction zone.

I was not very impressed with this hotel. The only reason we stayed here is because it was the only hotel available at the short notice that we had.
Not very clean feeling. Tub was rusty and room was not very clean!
